Here at Coderus we are proud to be able to offer a wide range of internships and give an experience of working in tech. This summer we welcomed three interns: Siddharth studies Software Engineering at Lancaster University and is working in QA testing and helping in the Development team. Dominik studies Computer Science at the University of Derby and is also working in QA testing, as well as in our iOS Development team. Finally, Emily has just graduated from Anglia Ruskin University studying Graphic Design, she joined our team to assist with design and PR & Marketing.

We were also able to welcome an apprentice, Owen and three work experience places in our team this year.

As an Innovation Martlesham company, we are always delighted to attend and support events that acknowledge women who are making a difference in the tech sector.

Following up the success of the last event in December of Celebrating thirty years Women in Tech, we attended the annual Women in Tech event, organised by BT at Adastral Park, on 21st June. 

The event opened with a guest speaker from BT, Alison Wilcox, who gave an insightful talk about change and how to embrace it. As part of our outgoing commitment, we always want to make sure we engage with the local tech community. Coderus and Innovation Martlesham hosted the only Google I/O Extended event in East Anglia, at Adastral Park. Coderus hosted the event for the fifth consecutive year with a great success, with Tech East and Innovate Suffolk’s great support. With representatives from Microchip, Ipswich Makerspace and Creative Computing Club, this market place was one of its kind.

This year we aim to host an even greater event.
