Since the beginning we have been dedicated to making a difference in the local community by participating in regional events, encouraging new partnerships and hiring graduate talent. We are passionate about encouraging positive change, building long-term relationships with local businesses, startups and organisations and inspiring the next generation in technology across the region.

Who We Sponsor

We are proud sponsors of Sync Ipswich, Sync DevelopHER, Ipswich Makerspace, Creative Computer Club and Innovate Suffolk playing a key role in in the planning, facilitating, hosting and sponsoring of local events from award ceremonies, sponsoring industry-leading awards, hosting the Google IO Live Stream events and being an active participator in our community. We are actively involved in helping to support tyoung people with a passion for technology and championing local projects that inspire the next generation of tech enthusiasts and innovators.

We also have a growing relationship with The Institution of Engineering and Technology and are a valid member of the Enterprise Partner community. Every year we have the opportunity to attend the IET Partner event bringing together contacts from all Academic, Corporate and Enterprise Partnership communities. We are proud to be invested in community growth along with other Small-to-medium enterprises, including BG Engineering, Aish Technologies and UK Power Solutions.

Our passion for product development is at the core of what we do and how we make a valuable difference in the community. We have been there for our local community since the beginning, sponsoring popular tech events, building key relationships and partnerships and championing local innovative projects with young people, entrepreneurs and individuals with the potential to thrive in the industry. We use the same passion we have for our clients and our services as we do in the community to inspire the next generation in technology and push the limits of technology to the core.

Sync Ipswich

SYNC Ipswich is an open community for all technologists, creatives, entrepreneurs and graduates to meet up and engage in exciting talks and demonstrations, bringing Suffolk’s technologies communities together to push local business growth. We have continually co-hosted and supported SYNC in the planning and facilitating of local events in the industry.

The SYNC DevelopHER Awards is an annual not for profit awards ceremony that recognises local women working in the technology industry across East Anglia. Coderus has been a proud sponsor of the DevelopHER Awards and attended award ceremonies in Norwich, Ipswich and Cambridge to support and recognise inspirational women in tech.

Creative Computing Club

The Creative Computing Club CIC is a local community-led organisation, working with thousands of young people across Suffolk, by engaging them in inspiring technology-based activities and sessions. We have helped nurture and support young people by engaging them with Creative Computing Club related events and sessions and encouraging some of our own staff members to take part.

Ipswich Makerspace is a Suffolk based group of individuals passionate about technology, who organise regular meetups to learn, build and experiment with the latest hardware, to traditional craftworks and everything in between. We are a proud sponsor of the Ipswich Makerspace, to ensure they have all the tools needed for any type of project.

Innovate Suffolk

Innovate Suffolk brings together technology and startup talent across the country. Coderus has supported the running of and has actively been involved in the annual 48-hour Hackathon in March 2020. We have partnered and sponsored leading Innovate Suffolk events including the annual 24-Hour Hackathon to help support our local community and foster long-term relationships.

Engaging Education
We believe in supporting and nurturing local talent, working with local Universities, Colleges and Schools to engage young people with an interest in the software and mobile development industry. We offer the opportunity for work experience, summer internships and full-time positions across different departments.
