Coderus is proud to announce we have expanded the operations team with Mike Beharry, our new operations manager.
Mike has over 30 years of experience in IT and 18 years in project management, programme management, integration and test management combined and his most recent position was as a scrum master. Throughout that time, Mike has successfully delivered software development and large systems integration projects and programmes. Mike has a computer science degree and has worked at all stages of the software development life cycle including development and test. Over time, Mike has gained a broad range of experience working with a range of organisations from start-ups to large organisations in telecoms, energy, accountancy, travel, life science, banking and insurance fields.
One of the things that attracted me to Coderus is the opportunity to help develop the careers of so many talented IT apprentices and graduates.
The successful turnaround of a major BT programme with CEO visibility that delivered a web-based workforce mobility solution from a relaunched concept to a product supporting 1,000 users in one year, is one of Mike’s greatest career accomplishments. As well as this, Mike also successfully project managed an innovative software as a service data migration project for a start-up that grew from a three-man team to become core business for a company of 50 staff.
Outside of work, Mike spends his free time enjoying coding, keeping fit and doing a little bit of carpentry.
Since joining the team here at Coderus, Mike has helped project manage a number of projects as well as supporting our sales effort to bring in more business.
With his wealth of experience and knowledge, we can’t wait to see the ways Mike will continue to contribute to Coderus’ growth!
