Coderus Expands iOS Development Team with Michael

coderus expands ios development team with michael

Coderus is proud to have Michael Willer join as our new junior iOS developer. Micheal will support the team with their work on some exciting current client projects and fixing bugs alongside the rest of the iOS team.

I have been learning so much every day and enjoying what I have been doing. Everyone has been so helpful and very welcoming.

With his passion for coding and software development starting back in secondary school, Michael went on to study computer science at college and the University of Essex, where he graduated from earlier on this year in July.

For his final year project, Michael created a Bluetooth enabled iPhone app with smartwatch pairing – which calculates and monitors the user’s mood throughout the day, utilising a variety of monitors built into the smartwatch.

Outside of his studies and work commitments, Michael has also been working on his own personal project – an innovative iPhone app, which allows parents to record the times and frequencies of their baby’s feeds.

The feeding app is random – I know – but I feel the best apps are the most practical ones.

Aside from coding, Michael has a strong interest in music and spends his free time writing, recording and mixing music in his bedroom – which he’s turned into his very own mini home studio.

With his creativity, drive and innovative thinking, we are so excited to work with Micheal and see where he goes as part of the Coderus family!
