Coderus Expands to Innovation Martlesham in Adastral Park

Coderus has been bursting at the seams for some months while the management team have been busily exploring a number of options that will allow Coderus to grow physically, take on more staff and new business. Having looked at a few off-site options, there remained a strong feeling that Adastral Park still offered the best solution for our business, like a number of other ICT companies within the Innovation Martlesham cluster.

The great campus feel, excellent facilities and good transport links were difficult to match elsewhere in the area.  We also believe it creates the right impression with the sorts of companies we do business with now and in the future.

Mark was keen to find the extra office space we needed on-site, ideally in Ross Building where we are currently located. After looking at and reviewing various options, a building relationship with Kevin Woollard, BT’s Operations director at the Park, resulted in us being offered the office next door, which would then double our office size.

Kevin Woollard Operations Director, Research & Innovation at Adastral Park, commented: “I’m keen to encourage the growth of our Innovation Martlesham cluster businesses and Coderus has been an excellent example, growing from a three man business three years ago to twelve and still increasing today. It’s great that we have been able to accommodate their specific needs and double their office space with the minimum of upheaval”.

Mark Thomas MD said, “This is a great result and will no longer be a restriction on the growth of our business. I’m pleased that BT have recognised our need, have supported us, and helped to make it happen”.
