At Coderus, our mission is to make sure that every individual is valued, respected and recognised for their achievements, whether that be their initiative to work closely alongside others, bringing in a new client, or going above and beyond in their role.
Every quarter we nominate individual(s) in the office as part of our Staff Appreciation and Recognition Scheme. The winner of each category will get a shoutout in our monthly team meeting, a certificate and a small £100 bonus to say thanks for all their hard work!
We know how important it is to recognise and reward individual talent. With this we hope to make all members of the Coderus family feel welcome and at home.
