Every month, our team votes for the person we believe deserves to be awarded Employee of the Month.
Our voting system requires us to base our nominations on how well the person we’re voting for upholds our core values:

When nominating another member of the team for employee of the month, we have to explain how their actions support and match up with our core values. The anonymous nominations are then reviewed by a group of impartial, senior members of the team who decide who is ultimately awarded the title.
This month we chose Luke as our employee of the month!
Here’s why Luke was nominated:
I haven’t had the opportunity to work with Luke yet, but whenever I’ve asked for input and advice from the team on Projects he’s been the first to get back to me and also taken his time to really help me out. I really appreciate it.
Luke has been responsible for implementing some key features in a private project some of which are above his experience level.
