Every month we hold a company-wide vote for who we believe should be our Employee of the Month. We don’t have set criteria to follow but we usually base it on who we believe has gone above and beyond, not just for the business but for all of their teammates too.
This month, we chose Shaun who is one of our Android developers. Shaun has been doing a great job with managing responsibilities with a client project whilst still taking the time to help others out by explaining things even at his busiest moments!
Here are some of the reasons the team chose Shaun:
- Shaun has been doing a great job with managing responsibilities with a client project and has helped me a lot and been very clear at explaining things and taking his time even though he’s rushed off his feet! Thanks, Shaun!
- I’m nominating Shaun for employee of the month. He has been juggling two client projects and has worked overtime to ensure that these projects don’t fall behind schedule, even working on part of his day off.
- The time Shaun has taken out of his day to assist in helping Owen with the integration testing on one of our current projects is great.
